On Saturday, May 21st, all KAIS Community members are invited to join us for a walk in the woods in the beautiful Ome area to ascend Mt. Mitake. Students, parents, teachers, and family members will strap on their hiking boots and head for the hills! While technically still in Tokyo, Ome offers a breath of fresh air from everyday city life, with crystal clear rivers, breathtaking views, and untamed natural surroundings. Mt. Mitake is tucked away in the northwest corner of our lovely city, about 80 minutes away from Shinjuku Station by train. Interested in joining? Let us know and mark your calendar.
