This year’s Fitness course at KAIS comes to a head with an all-school final challenge–the KAIS Runathon. Apart from being a big part of the grade for the class, it’s a chance for the entire community to run together and finish off the school year strong! This is a big challenge for many students, so your kids will need all the support you can give them. Over the next couple of weeks, encourage them to exercise more regularly at home, sleep well every day, eat healthy food, and most of all, give them a lot of encouragement and positive energy. If all that’s in place, they will ace what for many will be their first (and hopefully not their last) running event!
